Radio Baladi, the largest Arab-Muslim broadcast, makes big splash

Look who's talking now!  Arab and Muslim Americans, likely tired of their misrepresentation in media, have done something significant in order to let themselves be heard.
Two Muslim women have established Radio Baladi, a radio talk show simultaneously broadcasted from the two American cities of Dearborn and Chicago.  This makes it "the largest Arab-Muslim Radio broadcast in America" according to their website.
The ladies behind this new endeavor are "veteran journalists Ray Hanania and Laila Alhusinni".  Their goal is to discuss politics and Middle East issues among Arabs, Muslims, and the greater American public; hopefully attracting individuals in leadership positions to join in on the conversation.
Last week on February 12th, the radio show successfully debuted and a week after they addressed the controversial issue of full body scanners in airports receiving a plethora of callers.
In an interview with America.gov, Alhussinni shares her pleasant surprise regarding Radio Baladi's first month on air: "I wasn’t expecting people to call us from outside our listening area, but we even had a call from Orlando, Florida."  Sounds like Allah has blessed them in this regard so far.  And it sounds like this could be the best radio station for American Muslims and Arabs alike.
This Examiner news channel certainly wishes Radio Baladi continuing success.  Thank You for your hard work in bringing people together and spearheading change!
Radio Baladi is streamed both live and by podcast. Check out their website for more information.
